Before your ride
Every driver passes a criminal background check and a driving record check, repeated regularly. Licenses, insurance and registration are verified, vehicles are approved, and documents are tracked so none expire.

During your ride
See your driver's name, photo, rating, car, color and plate before pickup. Follow the trip live, share it with someone you trust, and reach 911 or your emergency contacts in one tap.

After your ride
Rate every trip and report any issue from your ride history. Our safety team reviews reports and can remove drivers or riders who break our rules.
